I think there are 3 general 'types' that are attracted to careers in LE- people who have a very strong motivation to help out others in bad situations [thumbup] to them!- people who have visions of being 'John Wayne' or some other super hero, not because they're into rescuing people in distress or getting rid of 'bad guys' but because they have super-egos and crave both power and adoration. They don't necessarily tend toward corrupt behavior,Billige jakke | canda goose parka | canda goose jakker | canada goose tilbyde dig 65% Off!, but can be a pain the a$$ and/or cause considerable harm because their ego gets in the way - they can't bear to be wrong, doudoune femme, mistaken, or criticized, or disagreed with- and the last, woolrich outlet, least desirable are the bullies, sadists, power-trippers,Rather than enter into a back and forth bidding game, parajumpers jakke, who are very strongly attracted to absolute power and authority, the sanctioned use of force, and the appeal of an org who will protect you no matter how abusive your behavior, as many LE Depts will. I think every LE Dept gets a # of 'John Wayne' types, canada goose, but good training curbs some of the ego inflation, time and experience instills a little more reality, and with good officers to recognize the ego problems and keep an eye, and a leash, displaying a Roman fort that dates back to AD250,canada goose outlet, on them - they often make fair LEOs,canada goose jackets, at least until they start to burn out under stress.Good [and multi-layered] vetting procedures are supposed to keep the bullies, sadists, hogan outlet, etc out, but a few get through even the best system - and unfortunately neither the Troopers nor our Interior PDs seem to have had adequate vetting, even for entry, for decades, if ever. The Sitka Academy doesn't appear to do ANY vetting of trainees, and actually seems to accentuate some types of unacceptable behavior and attitudes. And once an LEO gets hired on,http://www.trucosparafacebooks.com/woolrich9.html,The bell, it often appears that there is absolutely nothing, reproductor de video en formato propietario, no matter how abusive or criminal, canda goose danmark, that will ever be taken as 'cause' for removal. The [very few] exceptions have generally been of newbies or 'outsider-type' LEOs, and only when a Dept is under extreme duress to make a sacrifice to improve their Public Image.
